Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models to solve business problems within the Payments domain.
  • Automate customer care processes through AI-driven solutions.
  • Implement L1 query resolution systems using advanced NLP and LLM techniques.
  • Utilize and integrate with Large Language Models (LLMs) and OpenAI APIs for chatbot development.
  • Conduct model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation to optimize performance.
  • Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for text understanding and generation.
  • Work with cloud-based ML platforms, specifically Vertex AI and the Google Cloud ML stack.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enhanced AI responses.
  • Design and develop automation workflows and contribute to feature engineering.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
