Location : Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Developer : Up to 6 Years

Senior / Lead : 7 Years

Job Overview :

We are looking for experienced SAP ABAP Developers with strong hands-on experience in ABAP for HANA, OData Services, and RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of S/4HANA, BTP, and modern SAP development practices, along with excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance SAP applications using Object-Oriented ABAP and ABAP on HANA technologies.

- Develop and consume OData services for seamless integration with SAP Fiori and external systems.

- Implement RAP APIs and contribute to Restful ABAP Programming Model projects.

- Work on IDOC and SOAP-based interfaces for system integration.

- Create and optimize CDS Views and AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures) for efficient data handling.

- Implement BADI (Business Add-In) enhancements and custom logic as per business needs.

- Participate in S/4HANA upgrade and migration projects.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

For Developers (Up to 6 Years) :

- Strong experience in Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP) Classes, Interfaces, OO ALVs.

- Hands-on experience in developing and consuming OData Services.

- Experience in IDOC and SOAP-based interfaces.

- Proficiency in BADI Enhancements, CDS Views, and AMDP.

- Exposure to ABAP on HANA and S/4HANA upgrade environments.

- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities.

For Senior / Lead Developers (7 Years) :

- Strong experience in RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model) building and exposing RAP APIs.

- Experience in SAP BTP application development or integration.

- Proven expertise in OO ABAP, OData, CDS Views, AMDP, and BADI.

- Involvement in ABAP on HANA and S/4HANA upgrade/migration projects.

- Ability to lead technical design discussions and mentor junior developers.

Mandatory Skills :

- SAP ABAP Development for HANA

- OData Services

- RAP (Restful ABAP Programming Model)

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP BTP

- Knowledge of Fiori/UI5 integration

- Understanding of Agile methodology
