About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive
Marketing & IT Executive
 to support our marketing operations, digital content creation, data management, and basic IT coordination. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in both marketing and technology support functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Ideation & Planning

• Generate ideas and topics for reels, posts, videos, and digital content relevant to healthcare, hygiene, neonatal care, and Bio medical waste management.
• Create weekly and monthly
  content calendars
   and coordinate approvals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor content.

2. Coordination With Graphic Design Team

• Brief designers and ensure brand guidelines are followed.
• Track design progress, revisions, and deadlines.
• Ensure timely delivery of all marketing creatives.

3. Social Media Execution

• Upload and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and WhatsApp Business.
• Ensure all posts meet the approved calendar timelines.
• Monitor basic analytics (reach, views, engagement) and share weekly reports.

4. Data Management & Excel Work

• Upload and manage marketing data in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.
• Create segmentations of leads, clients, and industry categories.
• Prepare simple MIS and performance tracking reports.

5. Sales Team Support

• Provide the sales team with brochures, product sheets, presentations, and relevant marketing content.
• Help with basic tech tasks such as file formatting, link sharing, and presentation setup.
• Maintain updated folders for product visuals, demo videos, and marketing assets.

6. IT Coordination & Software Support

• Assist in the smooth functioning of CRM, inventory management systems, attendance software, and other company tools.
• Coordinate with external software vendors for issue resolution.
• Handle occasional login, access, or system troubleshooting requests.

7. Internal Tech Assistance

• Support employees with simple technical problems (email setup, printer issues, file access, etc.).
• Help teams understand how to use marketing content and digital tools effectively.
• Maintain internal resource folders and documentation.

8. Training & Internal Enablement

• Train staff on:

o Using marketing content professionally

o Basic CRM/data entry standards

o Accessing and sharing product materials

• Provide short guides or instructions for internal software usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or any relevant field.
• Strong command over English and basic communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms & digital trends.
• Good knowledge of Excel and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
