Job Description:

We are looking for a Safety Supervisor to join our team at Tata Steel Meramandali through our logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations in a high-risk industrial and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily operations to ensure safety compliance in logistics activities (loading/unloading, transport, vehicle movement, etc.).
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across the site.
  • Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety training for workers.
  • Investigate and report incidents, accidents, or near misses.
  • Maintain safety documentation and records as per Tata Steel safety standards.
  • Coordinate with Tata Steel Safety Department and follow their protocols.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum 10th pass; preference for candidates with a diploma in Industrial Safety or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in logistics, transport, or heavy industry.
  • Skills: Knowledge of safety practices, ability to enforce safety regulations, good communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:
