What You'll Be DOING
Your essential responsibilities include:
- BI & Reporting Management: Oversee and support Business Intelligence (BI) and Reporting products, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage Business as Usual (BAU) activities for BI and Reporting, fostering effective communication and relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
- Model Integration: Energize and synergize various Business Intelligence models and reporting systems to enhance data insights and reporting capabilities.
- Strategic Initiative Support: Collaborate with the Data Intelligence and Analytics (DIA) team on various strategic initiatives, enabling the development of BI and Reporting functions and related capabilities.
- Talent Development: Foster the growth of BI and Reporting talent across AXA XL by promoting an inclusive and diverse environment that encourages the utilization and value creation of our strategic digital, data, and analytics assets.
- Customer-Centric Culture: Instill a customer-first mindset within the team, prioritizing exceptional service for business stakeholders and ensuring their needs are met.
- Team Development: Contribute to the enhancement of the Business Intelligence team's tools, skills, and culture, driving positive impacts on team performance and outcomes.
You will report to Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Reporting.

Data Visualization:

Proficincy in SQL, Advanced Excel, MS Access, and VBA, allowing for effective data manipulation and reporting.
Data Analytics:
Ability to help and guide team members on technical issues, fostering skill development within the team to self-directedly manage data analytics tasks.
