Job Description:

Must Have Skills

  • Strong ServiceNow Core Development Skills

  • Experience with custom development, not just ticketing or support.

  • Hands-on with REST integrations, flow designer, and Service Catalogs.

  • Proficient in creating catalog items, approval workflows, and automation.

  • Integration Expertise

  • Ability to integrate ServiceNow with backend platforms (e.g., AWS, storage provisioning).

  • Should be comfortable with integrations with or without ServiceNow spokes.

  • Modules

  • ITSM (strong knowledge and experience).

  • Core CMDB understanding of relationships (e.g., server application business service).

  • CSDM high-level understanding of its framework and architecture.

  • ServiceNow Tools

  • Flow Designer deep understanding of module functionalities.

  • Experience with REST messages and API consumption.

  • Ability to configure out-of-the-box widgets in Service Portal.

  • Basic Asset Management Knowledge

  • Understanding of CI lifecycle, difference between assets and CIs.
