Job Details Primary Duties
  • On time program or before development
  • Daily inspection planning
  • CMM Requirements, ensure calibration before time
  • Shall maintain good Housekeeping and 5S activities at CMM inspection.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan CNC & VMC machined, housing and forging parts inspection activity
  • On time CMM inspection and contractor inspection
  • Adherence to 100 PERCENT calibration of gauges/instruments used at CMM inspection
  • On time closure of internal and external audit NCs related to CMM, if any
  • Display quality alerts wherever required
  • Parts inspection on CMM, Programming for new development parts and CMM load planning
  • On time program or before development
  • Daily inspection planning
  • CMM Requirements, ensure calibration before time
  • Shall maintain good Housekeeping and 5S activities at CMM inspection.

Qualification
  • DME / B.E. / B.Tech., Mechanical
Experience
  • 4 to 5 years on CMM inspection & programming

  • Excellent communication skills
