Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, tailored to client goals.
  • Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify valuable search opportunities and trends.
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, meta tags, titles, headings, and internal linking structures to improve search engine rankings.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical issues related to site speed, crawlability, mobile-friendliness, and site architecture.
  • Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Create and manage link-building strategies, including outreach, guest blogging, and content promotion to increase domain authority.
  • Content Collaboration: Work closely with content and design teams to ensure all content is optimized for SEO and user intent.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz. You'll track key performance indicators (KPIs) like organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions to provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Stay Updated: Continuously stay informed about the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role within a digital marketing agency.
  • SEO Expertise: In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO principles.
  • Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex SEO concepts to clients and internal teams.
  • Soft Skills: A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and project management abilities.
