Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and develop high-impact graphic creatives for NFTs, blockchain, cryptocurrency and Web3-based projects.
  • Create visually engaging designs for social media, websites, campaigns, and brand identity.
  • Produce professional PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for internal and client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and strategy teams to understand project requirements.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables.
  • Stay updated with latest crypto trends, NFT art styles, and futuristic design formats.
  • Support video editors/animators with graphics as required.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery with high quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative expertise (mandatory to include NFT/crypto/blockchain artworks).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign, etc.).
  • Experience in designing NFT collections, digital avatars, Web3 characters and futuristic artwork styles.
  • Expertise in creating corporate PPTs / pitch decks / business presentations.
  • Good understanding of layout, typography, branding and color theory.
  • Creativity, attention to detail and ability to convert concepts into stunning visuals.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of UI/UX tools like Figma / Sketch (optional but preferred).
  • Experience in 3D modeling or motion graphics is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with blockchain/Web3 ecosystem and crypto audience behavior.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field (preferred, not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
