About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Management Executive to manage product content, data accuracy, and website updates across our online platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, data handling ability, and an understanding of how content drives engagement and conversions in e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and upload website content, including product descriptions, category text, and blogs.
  • Manage and maintain product listings, images, specifications, and pricing across the website.
  • Perform data extraction, cleaning, and entry using Excel or online tools.
  • Conduct web research to verify product details, pricing trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all online listings.
  • Collaborate with the design and technical teams to update and maintain website content and structure.
  • Optimize content for SEO and customer readability.
  • Track and report product or content updates, and proactively identify data gaps or errors.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in e-commerce operations, content management, or data entry (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CMS or product upload tools is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
