Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Rohini sec-24

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled MIS Executive to manage data reporting, automation, and system development across various business functions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Google App Script, with working knowledge of basic coding, API integration, and FMS (Flow Management System) creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards using Google Sheets and Advanced Excel.
  • Create and manage FMS (Flow Management Systems) to streamline internal processes.
  • Write and manage Google App Script / JavaScript for process automation.
  • Integrate and manage data using APIs for real-time updates.
  • Assist in building and maintaining internal web pages using Google Website Builder.
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather, analyze, and present MIS data.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data reports and dashboards.
  • Support management with insights and analytics for decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, etc.).
  • Strong command over Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript and API integration.
  • Knowledge of Google Website Builder or similar web tools.
  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred:

  • Candidates who have previously worked with a company associated with BCI will be given preference.

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Technical background preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in MIS or data management roles.
