Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Malayalam Telecaller based in Bengaluru. The Telecaller will engage with clients in Malayalam, handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product or service information, resolve customer queries, and maintain detailed records of interactions. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to continuous improvement of service quality.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Malayalam and English (both spoken and written)
- Freshers are welcome
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high volume of calls and maintain composure under pressure
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Experience in customer service, telecalling, or a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
