As a Senior Auditor, Technology at LegalZoom, you will play a significant role in the internal audit team, contributing to the achievement of the department's mission and objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Evaluating technology risks in a dynamic environment - Assessing the design and effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting - Ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory requirements You will be expected to document audit procedures and results in accordance with departmental standards and meet agreed timelines. Additionally, you will offer advisory support to stakeholders on internal control considerations, collaborate with external auditors as needed, and focus on enhancing the audit department continuously. Your dedication to integrity, ethics, and a strong interest in the internal audit profession and LegalZoom's mission are vital. Ideally, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or accounting, along with over 3 years of experience in IT internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, particularly in the technology sector. Previous involvement with a Big 4 accounting firm and internal audit at a public company would be advantageous. A professional certification such as CISA, CIA, CRISC, or CISSP is preferred for this role. Strong communication skills, self-management abilities, and the capability to handle multiple projects across different locations are essential. Familiarity with technologies like Oracle Cloud, AWS, Salesforce, Azure, and others is beneficial, as well as reliable internet service for remote work.
