1. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulers), LWC/Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
• Serve as the Apex and LWC technical expert, ensuring scalable code that complies with governor limits, performance guidelines, and security best practices.
• Provide technical leadership—conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold development standards.
• Work with architects and business analysts to translate sophisticated business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs.
• Determine the right balance between declarative and programmatic solutions, prioritizing "clicks over code" when feasible.
• Design and implement secure data models, sharing rules, and Salesforce security structures.
• Build and maintain complex integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and middleware tools.
• Develop and execute data migration and data quality strategies.
• Manage deployments using Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth release processes.
• Write and maintain robust unit tests to ensure high code coverage and solution reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced performance issues, system bugs, and environment-specific challenges.
• Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement across development processes.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements aligned with best practices.

2. What You Bring to the Table:

• 4–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification (mandatory).
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) certification and/or Architect-level certifications (preferred).
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex development, including batch processes, asynchronous operations, and test classes.
• Strong experience with LWC and/or Aura for building modern, responsive UI components.
• Proven experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration patterns.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, governor limits, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Git, SFDX, and CI/CD-based release management.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Navigate Agile development environments with strong ownership and accountability.
