We are seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer with 5-8 years of expertise in infrastructure automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). The ideal candidate will be proficient in tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and Ansible. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure on AWS.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and configuration management with Ansible.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated deployment processes.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
  • Create and manage Helm Charts for Kubernetes deployments.
  • Develop and maintain YAML configurations for various deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, ensuring high availability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a DevOps role, preferably in an AWS environment.
  • Strong expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and Jenkins.
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipeline concepts and implementation.
  • Proficiency in YAML and experience with Helm for Kubernetes deployments.
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools, particularly Ansible.
  • Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Knowledge of networking and security best practices in AWS.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
