Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Django and React
- Architect, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions on Azure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and platforms
- Implement best practices in software development, including CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps strategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and security
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in fullstack development, with at least 2 years in a lead role
- Strong proficiency in Python Django for backend development
- Solid experience with React and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript)
- Hands-on experience with Azure services
- Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with ORMs
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with version control systems like Git and collaboration tools like Jira
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Good-to-Have:
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
- Knowledge of GraphQL and WebSockets
- Experience with authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
