Job Opportunity – Special Educator

Organization: Samardhanam Trust

Location: Adyar, Chennai

Position: Special Educator

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

Work directly with children with diverse learning needs

Collaborate with therapists, caregivers, and families

Maintain detailed progress reports and documentation

Provide support, guidance, and motivation to students

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field

Experience working with children with developmental or learning disabilities (preferred but not mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Empathetic, patient, and solution-driven
