About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Headhunter with a strong background in executive search to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in sourcing and placing senior-level professionals across various industries, while maintaining strong relationships with candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end executive search assignments: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing placements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level candidates.
  • Develop targeted search strategies for leadership and niche roles.
  • Deliver high-quality talent pipelines and ensure timely placements.
  • Maintain market intelligence and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience with executive search or headhunting firms.
  • Proven track record of successful executive placements.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
