Position: Senior Engineer (Solar Inverter industry)

Job Location: Surat, Gujarat

Job Description:

  • Provide technical support to field teams, service engineers, and customers
  • Analyse inverter and plant performance data and prepare reports for management
  • Coordinate with R&D / OEM / Vendors for firmware, software, and hardware issues
  • Conduct training sessions for regional service teams and channel partners
  • Maintain central database for inverter performance, fault logs, and issue tracking
  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA analysis.

Education:

  • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering

Experience: 1-4 years in Solar Industry (Solar Inverter servicing)

  • In-depth understanding of PV system design, inverter operation, and grid interconnection
  • Knowledge of MPPT, communication protocols (Modbus, RS485, Wi-Fi, GPRS, etc.), and remote monitoring systems
  • Capable of fault diagnosis using inverter logs, IV curve data, and string performance analysis
  • Familiarity with international standards (IEC, BIS, MNRE guidelines)
  • Experience with SCADA / Remote Monitoring Platforms / Data Loggers integration and troubleshooting

Salary: Rs. 20,000 to 40,000 per month (As per experience )
