Role & responsibilities
This is a basic profile, the person will have to find KYC documents in bank save the document in a local drive and update a tracker
Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding (COB): Managing the process of onboarding new clients by verifying their identities and ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and validated.
- Documentation Verification: Gathering, reviewing, and validating documents such as passports, driver's licenses, and utility bills to confirm identity and business information.
- Data Management: Updating client data in trading systems and maintaining client masters.
- Risk Assessment: Performing risk assessments of clients to identify potential financial risks.
- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensuring all KYC processes and documentation align with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation: Identifying and escalating potential compliance issues or "red flags" for further investigation.
- Audit Support: Preparing audit data and assisting with audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and executing improvements to KYC processes and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze complex information, identify potential risks, and solve problems.
- Attention to Detail: A high level of focus on accuracy and completeness of documentation and data.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Good knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC end-to-end processes and regulatory norms.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage workload, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to a constantly changing environment and evolving digital tools.
- Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and deliver against commitments.
