Role & responsibilities

EXPERIENCE: Proven experience of 4-12 years in a liaison or government affairs role within the real estate industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Project Detailed working as per DCPR 2034. Regulation Redevelopment projects, SRA projects and BMC projects.
  • To be involved in project from Conceptual design w.r.t DCR and Coordination with consultants for preparing Municipal drawings.
  • Act as a single point of contact between management, planning team, concerned consultants, site supervisors, billing and contractors for various projects.
  • Conceptual design with preliminary applications of by-laws before handing them for final design development.
  • Prepare FSI statements and project feasibility on the basis of DCPR rules and available data. Evaluating drawings as per regulations.
  • Coordination with local Municipal architects, MCGM, BMC, SRA, Building proposal, SWD, HE, CFO, Surveyor & MOEF Consultant and other government departments for obtaining various NOC's and compliance required for timely approvals.
  • Managing and coordinating with various government officials for getting project approvals like LOI, IOA. IOD, CC, Further CC, Full CC & occupation and preparing compliances for the same, prepare draft reports at various stages of the projects to obtain LOI & IOA.
  • Coordination with Airport Authority of India for the civil Aviation height & approvals. Worked on Business development projects to prepare new development avenues, JV proposals, and redevelopment proposals.
  • Liaison with Management / Corporate Affairs. Accountable for meeting approvals by designing, implementing & monitoring effective schedules.
  • Coordinate with the team in preparing drawings for acquiring various remarks/compliances like CFO NOC, EE (T&C) at various stages.
  • Interface with various departments and monitor & motivate teams to complete all jobs within predefined timelines.
