Job Description:
Job Location- Moshi Pune
JOB DESCRIPTIONInventory Controlled as per ABC analysis. Maintained Inward & Outward Registers.
Maintained stock ledgers for major material. Raised Purchase Indent against material requirement.
Maintained Purchase Order & verified the qty & rate. Material received against P.O, D.C & Tax Invoice.
Major material received against P.O, D.C & Tax Invoice after testing of Q.C Lab. Material issued to
site against material issue cum indent note. Maintaining proper arrangement of stock with Bin Card system.
Prepared Daily Material Report and send to Project Manager & HO.
Maintain daily stock statement for major material. All bills submit to
Accounts department against bills submission book after verification
& authorization of Project Manager. Co-ordination with purchase department
for maintaining of minimum stock. Report on non moving materials should
be reviewed by the Project Manager once every six months.
Stock materials are completion of the project after transfer to other sites as per instruction of HO.
