FOREMAN - PRINT FINISHING

Qualifications

Diploma or BE in Printing Technology

Job scheduling ,Approve Final Finished Product Before Bulk Run

Inspect and validate the first finished sample against job specifications, client requirements, and quality benchmarks. Authorize the start of bulk production only after confirming alignment in folding, trimming, binding, and packaging standards.

Lead and Motivate Operators for Efficient Execution

Provide clear instructions and hands-on guidance to finishing machine operators. Motivate the team to maintain pace, precision, and accountability. Intervene when output deviates from expected standards and reinforce best practices.

Follow Up on Preventive Maintenance chedules

Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing of finishing Machines (e.g., perfect binding, saddle , folding machines,cutting, pasting, Bag fabrication machines ). Track machine health, document maintenance activities, and escalate recurring issues to minimize downtime.

Drive Production Efficiency in Finishing Section

Analyze workflow gaps and implement process improvements to boost throughput. Optimize manpower allocation, reduce material wastage, and ensure seamless coordination between printing, binding, and packing stages
