We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4 Hana PP (Production Planning) Consultant with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP module implementation, support, and enhancements. Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SAP S/4HANA PP Implementation & Support:
  2. Configure and customize the SAP PP module to align with business requirements.
  3. Assist in SAP S/4HANA implementation project.
  4. Provide end-to-end support for SAP PP-related issues and enhancements.
  5. Production Planning & Execution:
  6. Understand and implement Master Data Management (BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions, Material Master, etc.).
  7. Configure Demand Management, MRP (Material Requirement Planning), Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
  8. Support Discrete manufacturing as per the business requirement.
  9. Business Process Analysis & Optimization:
  10. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide SAP-based solutions.
  11. Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements in SAP PP.
  12. Integration with Other Modules:
  13. Collaborate with SAP MM, SD, QM, WTY and EWM teams for cross-functional processes.
  14. Ensure smooth integration of PP with Finance & Controlling (FICO).
  15. Issue Resolution & Enhancements:
  16. Analyse and resolve SAP PP incidents and provide root cause analysis.
  17. Develop functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW) and work with ABAP developers.
  18. User Training & Documentation:
  19. Prepare training materials and conduct sessions for end-users.
  20. Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and process workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in SAP PP module (implementation & support).
  • Hands-on experience in Production Planning (PP), Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Demand Management.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP PP Master Data Management (BOM, Routing, Work Centers).
  • Experience in handling PP integration with SAP MM, SD, QM, and FICO.
  • Good understanding of automobile industry processes.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA is a must.
  • Ability to analyse and troubleshoot SAP PP-related issues.
  • Experience in creating functional specifications for custom developments.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP PP certification is an added advantage.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of APIs, IDocs, Interfaces, and Enhancements related to SAP PP.
