We are looking for a creative, result-driven Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in growing Instagram and YouTube channels, with strong skills in content ideation, planning, execution, and analytics. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical know-how to build an engaging online presence for our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Plan, ideate, and execute engaging content for Instagram & YouTube (Reels, Shorts, Posts, Stories, and Long-form videos).
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, etc.) for content creation, scripting, and designing.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Video Production & Editing:

  • Manage and coordinate property/photo/video shoots (basic camera handling training will be provided).
  • Edit raw footage into high-quality Reels, Shorts, and videos optimized for social media.
  • Repurpose content across different platforms for maximum reach.

Social Media Growth & Management:

  • Drive organic growth on Instagram and YouTube through consistent posting, SEO optimization, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize strategies to improve reach, engagement, and followers/subscribers.
  • Stay up to date with the latest platform trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Campaigns & Brand Building:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Experiment with storytelling formats to make the brand stand out online.
  • Represent the brand in a professional manner during shoots or live interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Instagram and YouTube content growth & management.
  • Strong knowledge of content ideation, planning, and execution.
  • Creativity in storytelling with an eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Basic video/photo editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
  • Familiarity with AI and social media tools for faster content creation.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt strategies based on feedback.
  • Team player with a collaborative and proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in social media management/content creation.
  • Prior exposure to real estate, lifestyle, or luxury brands is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, and Instagram algorithms.
