Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Java Trainer located in Hyderabad. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive Full Stack Java training sessions, incorporating both theory and practical coding exercises. Additional responsibilities include developing course materials, mentoring and guiding students, tracking their progress, and preparing them for industry challenges. Collaboration with the academic team to continuously update the Java curriculum in line with industry standards is also expected.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Java-related technologies such as Core Java, Advanced Java, and frameworks like Spring and Hibernate
  • Strong knowledge of web development, including front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular or React
  • Proficiency in database management concepts including SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
  • Strong communication, presentation, and teaching skills
  • Ability to mentor students and conduct hands-on coding sessions
  • Previous experience in software development or technical training is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Certifications in Java development or Full Stack development are a plus
