We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team and help shape the future of our web development effort. This role will allow the team to deliver on key user registration and onboarding projects, ultimately contributing to user base growth. The team is primarily focused on enhancing our website and web-based onboarding flows but also has the opportunity to make contributions to our backend services. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of modern web technologies and experience with enterprise-scale distributed systems.

• Frontend: , Remix, React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS
• Backend: NestJS, TypeScript, TypeORM, MySQL, Redis, gRPC, microservices
• Cloud: AWS
• Monitoring: DataDog
• Tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, A/B Testing

• Building new and enhancing existing experiences for our user registration and onboarding flows.
• Scaling and enhancing our NestJS-based Backend for Frontend (BFF) services and frontend applications to evolve with new feature requests.
• Designing and implementing sophisticated state machines and workflow models for user onboarding.
• Improving the reliability and availability of the platform and implementing comprehensive testing strategies.
• Partnering with product teams and other backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies, and advocating for their adoption when appropriate.

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong frontend focus, and a track record of successfully leading web development projects.
• Expertise in modern web development technologies such as , Remix, and React, with advanced TypeScript proficiency.
• Strong proficiency in back-end technologies and web services (e.g., NestJS, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, gRPC).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and distributed systems.
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and testing proficiency (e.g., Jest).
• Deep understanding of web security best practices and principles.
• Exceptional communication skills and experience with cross-functional collaboration.
