About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled
Full Stack Developer
with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both
front-end and back-end technologies
and capable of working across the entire application lifecycle. Experience in
FinTech
or
Blockchain
domains will be a strong advantage.

You will collaborate closely with our product, design, and technology teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and efficient solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable, high-performance web applications.
  • Work across the
    full stack
    , including
    React, TypeScript, , PostgreSQL, and SQL
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper documentation and unit testing.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services seamlessly.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, especially in
    FinTech
    and
    Blockchain
    .
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience as a
    Full Stack Developer
    .

Strong expertise in:

  • Frontend:
    , TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Backend:
    ,
  • Database:
    PostgreSQL, SQL
  • Experience with
    RESTful APIs
    and/or
    GraphQL
    .
  • Exposure to
    FinTech
    or
    Blockchain-based
    projects is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of Git/GitHub and agile development practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of
    microservices architecture
    and containerization (Docker).
  • Experience with
    cloud services
    such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding of
    application security principles
    relevant to FinTech or Blockchain.
  • Familiarity with
    Web3
    frameworks or
