We are hiring for the ITES Company for the Procure To Pay Role.

Overview

The role requires experience in accounts payable or procure-to-pay processes, including invoice and payment processing for PO, Non-PO, and T&E transactions. Candidates should have basic communication skills and be proficient with MS Office and ERP tools like SAP S/4 HANA, Blackline, or ServiceNow. Responsibilities include vendor and master data management, reconciliations (GR/IR, vendor), MIS reporting, document management, and ensuring accuracy and controls in vendor payments. Understanding the end-to-end P2P process and timely delivery of tasks is essential.

Key Skills :

a) Minimum 2 year experience in PTP for Sr. Associate

b) Minimum 4 years of experience in PTP with minimum 1 year experience as TL or QA Role

c) Knowledge of processing PO, Non-PO invoices

d) SAP Knowledge

e) Graduate

Job Description

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable / procure to pay
  • Good exposure in processing invoices / payments
  • Knowledge of processing PO, Non-PO invoices and T&E
  • Basic communication skills (oral & written)
  • Exposure in to MS Office
  • Ensuring deliverables are done on time
  • Exposure in to Vendor / Master data management would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to understand the complete process flow within P2P
  • Good exposure in to ERP tools (SAP S/4 HANA, Blackline, ServiceNow)
  • Exposure in handling reconciliations (GR / IR, Vendor, etc.)
  • Exposure to MIS reporting would be preferable
