  • Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
  • Act quickly in emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, or security breaches.
  • Contact and coordinate with emergency services (police, fire, ambulance).
  • Maintain daily activity logs.
  • Write detailed incident reports.
  • Report suspicious activity or safety hazards to management.
  • Provide assistance to visitors, employees, or residents.
  • Offer directions and answer questions courteously.
  • De-escalate tense situations or disputes.
  • Detain suspects when necessary (within legal limits) until authorities arrive.
  • Conduct routine patrols on foot or by vehicle.
  • Ensure all doors, windows, and gates are secure.
  • Look for potential security or safety risks.
