Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating sales quotations, following up with clients, and ensuring timely order processing and payment collection. This role requires good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, email correspondence, and internet research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations for prospective and existing clients
  • Follow up on quotations, orders, and pending payments
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Maintain customer records and update sales-related data
  • Handle email communication with clients in a professional manner
  • Perform basic web research and data gathering as needed
  • Utilize MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) effectively for daily tasks

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with email handling and web browsing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow up consistently and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in a sales support or sales coordination role is a plus
  • Minimum qualification: [Insert educational requirement, e.g., Bachelor's degree or equivalent]

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (optional)
