BTL (Below-the-Line) Marketing initiatives
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns, including on-ground activations, events, seminars, health camps, and brand awareness programs.
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Drive lead generation and customer engagement through innovative BTL strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure ROI on marketing spends.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align BTL campaigns with overall business objectives.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for marketing activities.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and institutions for strategic collaborations.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in BTL/Field Marketing, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong understanding of event management, brand promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a result-oriented approach.
