Role Description


• Range Planning: Decides which styles, colors, and sizes should be produced for the season.


• Trend & Market Analysis: Tracks fashion trends, competitor performance, and customer preferences.


• Buying & Vendor Management: Works with designers and suppliers to source/produce garments.


• Inventory Management: Ensures stock levels are healthy—neither understocked nor overstocked.


• Pricing & Profitability: Sets retail prices and plans markdowns or discounts.


• Sales Analysis: Reviews performance of styles to plan reorders or phase out slow sellers.


• Visual Merchandising Support: Coordinates with store teams to present the collection effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in:


• Fashion Management / Fashion Merchandising

  • Marketplace tools knowledge
  • Analytical skills.
