Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10–15 years of experience in software delivery leadership roles.
  • Strong technical background in Java, React, and exposure to GenAI solutions.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
  • Proven track record in project execution, stakeholder management, and people leadership.
  • Ability to balance technical guidance with delivery management responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications: PMP or CSM (Certified Scrum Master).
  • Experience in managing distributed teams and large-scale enterprise projects.
