Role and Responsibility:

• Registration of volunteers
• Filling of registration forms
• Handling of registration software
• Screening of volunteers
• Maintaining volunteer database
• Provide security and maintain confidentiality of volunteer data.
• Ensuring the safety of the visiting volunteers in terms of the registration and screening area facility.
• Coordinate with Clinical Investigator/physician for carrying out volunteer registration and screening process
• Coordinate with Diagnostic department in transferring the samples for test and for receipt and filing of screening reports.
• Assist in the informed consent p
• Provide counseling for the volunteers
• Obtain informed consent from the volunteer.
• Custodian for volunteers / Subjects
• Monitor movement of subjects for compliance to posture and other restrictions.
• Monitor access to clinic facility.
• Handle subject check-in and check-out procedure.
• Perform screening & Check in related tests ex: Screen urine samples for drugs of abuse, urine pregnancy test & Alcohol breath test
• Assist in paying compensation to the volunteers and maintain accountability.
• Assist in management of logistics for drug administration.
• Ascertain subjects' well-being during the study by enquiring and recording the same.
• Monitor the distribution of meals to the subjects.
• Ensure making of correct and on-line entries of the relevant forms.
• Preparation of study documents (Check in form, CRF & compensation form)
• Responsible to maintain and compilation of hard copy and soft copy of raw data study documents
• Maintenance of log books
• Preventive maintenance of instruments / equipments
• Handling, recording & reporting of Adverse Events/ Serious Adverse Events
• Follow up of volunteers/subject for post study AE and subsequent periods
• Co-ordinate with IEC and handling of IEC submission documents. Preparation of Meeting related documents and submission of all study related documents, updates, reports and SOP through mail and responsible to get the acknowledgement for the same from REC.
• Recording and receiving samples from sampling area.
• Sample Separation and Segregation.
