Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable backend systems and APIs.

- Drive architectural discussions and provide technical leadership for backend design and implementation.

- Work on complex, high-concurrency, and asynchronous systems with a focus on performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code while ensuring adherence to coding standards.

- Ensure best practices are followed across all stages of software development - including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical excellence across the team.

- Identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance through data-driven insights.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and bring innovative solutions to engineering challenges.

Requirements :

- Education : B.Tech (preferably from a premier institution) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience : 6-9 years of relevant experience as a Software Development Engineer in backend development.

- Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design Principles.

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages - Java, Python, or PHP.

- Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous systems, and concurrent programming.

- Experience working with distributed systems and high-throughput architectures.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and modern software development practices.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
