Overall Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day IT operations of the company
  • Ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of the IT infrastructure
  • Lead the IT operations team to deliver high-quality services and solutions to meet business needs
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams

Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of IT operations, including network, systems, and data center management
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and practices
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and disaster recovery solutions
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices and risk management

Experience:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects and delivering results
  • Experience in a similar role in a large-scale, fast-paced, technology-driven organization

Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Oversee the operation of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network
  • Monitor and maintain the performance and security of the IT systems and applications
  • Ensure the timely resolution of IT incidents and problems
  • Plan, implement, and manage IT projects to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain IT operations processes, procedures, and standards
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to the IT operations team

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as ITIL, CCNP, or MCSE are preferred

  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
