Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Senior Governance Risk and Compliance Professional. The individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing governance frameworks, risk management strategies, and compliance standards in alignment with industry regulations and organizational goals. Duties include conducting risk assessments, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address risk-related gaps, preparing audit reports, and proposing corrective or preventive action plans. The role involves staying updated on emerging regulatory changes and ensuring the organization's readiness to adapt and comply with necessary standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance practices, along with familiarity with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
- Expertise in conducting risk assessments, creating risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with global regulations.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams, and the ability to report findings effectively.
- Problem-solving skills for analyzing data, identifying risks, and proposing actionable solutions to mitigate them.
- Experience with audit planning, compliance certifications, and preparation of comprehensive reports.
- Relevant certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to stay up-to-date with regulatory and compliance requirements.
