Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Engineer with proven expertise in electronic board design, Python-based development, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end design, testing, and maintenance of embedded electronic systems, while also developing Python tools for automation, testing frameworks, and data processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Electronic Board Design & Embedded Systems (PCB/PCBAs):

Design, develop, and test electronic schematics and PCB layouts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for manufacturing (DFM) and assembly (DFA).

Create and maintain BOMs, perform circuit simulations, and develop hardware validation plans.

Python Stack Development:

Develop Python scripts and applications for hardware testing, automation, and integration.

Build testing tools/GUI applications for debugging and validation.

Implement data acquisition, analysis, and visualization pipelines.

Troubleshooting & Testing:

Conduct debugging at component and signal levels (schematics, PCB).

Perform electrical, functional, and environmental testing to validate designs.

Diagnose and resolve system-level issues involving hardware and software.

Collaboration & Documentation:

Work closely with firmware, mechanical, and product design teams.

Document circuit designs, test cases, and troubleshooting procedures.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and relevant industry standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of electronic circuits and PCB design tools (Altium, KiCad, OrCAD, or equivalent).

Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet).

Proficiency in Python for automation, testing, and data analysis.

Skilled in using debugging equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in electronic design and testing.

Prior experience in integrating electronic hardware with Python-based test frameworks preferred.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred):

Experience in embedded C/C++ programming alongside Python.

Knowledge of IoT technologies and wireless communication protocols (BLE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee).

Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows.

Experience with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing or automated validation setups.
