Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Trainer located in Manjeri. The Product Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting product training sessions, developing training materials, delivering engaging presentations, and providing continuous product education to the sales team and clients. The trainer will analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements to ensure comprehensive understanding and successful application of product knowledge.

• Strong Presentation and Communication skills
• Analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in consumer durables or electronics industry is a plus
