We are hiring for our client a leading high-precision engineering Manufacturing.

Position: CNC Programmer

Job Type : Permanent

Experience: 6+ years

Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical

Work Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for 3-axis, 4-axis, and/or 5-axis machining centers.
  • Read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
  • Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machining strategies for various materials.
  • Simulate and verify programs to ensure accuracy and collision-free operations.
  • Work closely with CNC machine operators and production staff for program prove-out and setup.
  • Modify and improve existing programs to enhance cycle times and surface quality.
  • Maintain organized records of all CNC programs and revisions.
  • Collaborate with design, QA, and production teams to resolve issues and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards during all programming activities.
