Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- SFDC-Data CloudIn this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Data Cloud and Salesforce OMS primarily. Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Agentforce and hands on development experience of Data Cloud.

Responsibilities:

Data Cloud Development (Essential):

• Design and implement data pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data into Data Cloud.
• Develop data models and data flows to enable advanced analytics and insights.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate data-driven insights.
• Integrate machine learning and AI models into Data Cloud to enhance data analysis and prediction.

Agentforce Development (good to have):

• Design, develop, and deploy Agentforce agents to automate tasks and improve customer service efficiency.
• Experience in writing complex and multi-step Prompt Builder steps and flows
• Implement complex Agentforce orchestration flows to automate multi-step processes.
• Integrate Agentforce with Data Cloud, OMS, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and other relevant systems both internal Salesforce systems and external platforms
• Train and support users on Agentforce best practices.
• Optimize Agentforce agents for performance and scalability.
• Monitor Agentforce agents for errors and performance issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certification on AI specialist and Data cloud are mandatory
• Proven experience in cloud data engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
