Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled
Graphic Designer

to join our creative team as we expand our capabilities. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in delivering impactful stories through visual presentations and design that effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts. You will collaborate closely with our cross-functional/global clients to create engaging visuals that align with Client brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

 Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the task

 Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers

 Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print

 Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.

 Deliver on deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proactively work by coordinating handoffs, sharing context, and aligning on shared goals.

 Stay current on design trends, software updates, and best practices.

 Contribute ideas for process improvements and new visual approaches.

 Assist in internal design reviews and share learnings with the team

Who You Are

Competency

 2-3 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.

 Bachelor s degree preferred in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.

 The candidate should be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

 Strong portfolio pieces) demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution across various mediums.

 Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and design principles.

 Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

 Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.

 Basic skills in motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

 Familiarity with web/UI tools (Figma, Adobe XD,).

 Experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Sites, and other G Suite tools.

 Curiosity about Generative AI and emerging design tech.

 Storyteller with strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.
