Key Responsibilities:
Install, set up, and align moulds on injection moulding machines as per production schedules.
Handle mould loading/unloading safely using cranes and lifting equipment.
Perform regular checks to ensure proper fitting and functioning of moulds.
Conduct basic maintenance and cleaning of moulds to ensure optimal performance.
Assist in troubleshooting mould-related issues to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of mould changes, maintenance activities, and machine settings.
Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards during all production operations.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to meet daily targets efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.80 per month
