Inviting applications for the role of [Manager – VBA and Power Platform Developer

In this role, We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated VBA and Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) along with strong hands-on experience in the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience across various departments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain Excel-based applications using VBA for automation, reporting, and data analysis.

Build responsive canvas and model-driven Power Apps to address business needs.

Automate workflows using Power Automate integrating with SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, SQL, and third-party services.

Develop dashboards and interactive reports using Power BI based on multiple data sources.

Maintain and modernize legacy VBA tools, ensuring smooth migration where appropriate to Power Platform solutions.

Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Write and maintain technical documentation and user manuals for delivered solutions.

Support troubleshooting and performance optimization across VBA and Power Platform applications.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

• Advanced VBA (Excel, Outlook, Access) development
• Microsoft Power Platform:

o Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven)

o Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Approvals, Expressions)

o Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling)

• SharePoint Online (Lists, Libraries, Integration)
• Excel (Advanced Formulas, Pivot Tables, Named Ranges)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Dataverse
• Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions
• Office Scripts (JavaScript for Excel automation)
• Common Data Service (CDS)
