The SYNITI Developer leads and executes end-to-end data migration and data management initiatives using Synitis Data Migration platform. The role designs migration strategies, builds data quality, cleansing, transformation, and enrichment rules, and orchestrates loads across complex landscapes. It requires deep hands-on expertise in Syniti Data Stewardship Platform (DSP), Data Replication, and Syniti Migration Cockpit, alongside strong SQL and ETL fundamentals. The developer integrates data across SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Oracle, Salesforce, and legacy systems, ensuring robust testing, validation, and reconciliation. Strong documentation, client communication, and risk management are essential for success.

Required Qualifications

  • Deep hands-on expertise with Syniti Data Migration/Management Suite
  • Practical experience with Syniti Data Stewardship Platform (DSP) or Syniti Knowledge Platform for stewardship
  • Experience with Syniti Data Replication (initial load and CDC)
  • Hands-on with Syniti Migration Cockpit for mapping, load orchestration, and controls
  • Strong SQL skills (joins, window functions, performance tuning)
  • Solid understanding of database principles and data modeling basics
  • ETL/data integration concepts and patterns (staging, CDC, SCD, orchestration)
  • Experience in data profiling, data quality rules, cleansing, transformation, and mapping
  • System integration experience across SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Oracle, Salesforce, and legacy databases
  • Testing and QA for data validation, ETL routines, and reconciliation
  • Ability to prepare technical documentation and conduct user training
  • Strong written and verbal communication; client-facing risk/issue management

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver data migration projects using Syniti's Data Migration platform and methodology
  • Design migration strategies including scoping, data assessment, mapping, and load plans
  • Develop and deploy data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and enrichment rules within Syniti
  • Configure and manage Syniti Data Replication for initial loads and change data capture
  • Build mappings and orchestrate loads using Syniti Migration Cockpit with proper controls and auditability
  • Integrate data across SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Oracle, Salesforce, and legacy databases
  • Develop and execute test cases for data validation, ETL routines, and reconciliation
  • Prepare high-quality technical documentation and provide training to stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with clients, manage queries, and proactively highlight risks and mitigations
