Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Marketing Executive specializing in Interiors to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, mid-level position requires a candidate with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies within the interior design sector and will play a crucial role in driving our business growth.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and techniques (Mandatory skill).
  • Hands-on experience with the latest interior design trends, ensuring offerings match market demands (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven track record in interior sales activities and strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and effectively promote the company's offerings.
  • Proficient in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business retention and acquisition.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies for the interior design segment.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer information and track marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on current interior design trends to offer relevant insights and solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with the design and sales teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and propose areas for improvement to senior management.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance their skills and performance levels.
