Job Objective:

We are seeking a storytelling-focused short video creator who can conceptualize and produce engaging short-form videos (3090 sec) highlighting industry insights, customer pain points, and real solutions positioning Maloo Group as a thought leader in the stone and surface care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit our current sales-style videos and suggest improvements
  • Plan and conceptualize storytelling-driven content (non-salesy, awareness-focused)

  • Create short videos/reels (30–90 seconds) around:

  • Industry pain points

  • Modern chemical solutions
  • Maloo Group journey

  • Awareness & insights for the stone industry

  • Produce and edit high-quality, engaging short videos

  • Develop a distribution strategy across platforms (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Deliverables:

  1. Current video audit
  2. Storyboard & content plan
  3. Final video production & editing
  4. Distribution roadmap

What We Expect:

  • Strong storytelling skills in short-form video content
  • Creativity in making industry content relatable and engaging
  • Hands-on expertise in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
  • Understanding of trends across social media platforms (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn)
