Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Support payroll processing and leave management.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR reporting.
- Address employee queries and provide HR administrative support.
