OPM Specialist

For Sartorius Stedim India Pvt. Ltd, we are looking for a OPM Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing the sales team with administrative support and enhances the efficiency of the sales process between the organization and its customers and for interacting with internal and external customers. The holder of this position supports the internal sales team by providing reports, processing orders as well as by communicating with customers and internal departments to ensure the correct processing of client orders and on time delivery.What you will accomplish together with us:

• Validate customer orders, contract terms & related documents.

• End-to-end order processing activity & material planning.

• Manage Bonded Warehouse Business, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient handling of goods stored under customs control.

• Work closely with internal and external customers to ensure orders are executed in a timely manner.

• Maintain delivery reliability and deliver the KPI's as per set standards.

• Backlog reporting & analysis.

• Handle Customer complaints & escalations.

• Manage demo & trial requirements from Sales & Application teams.

• Liaison with F&C for audit requirements.

• MIS reporting.

What you will convince us:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience

• Expertise in order processing

• Knowledge of Import & Export procedures

• SAP proficiency (MM & SD module preferred)

• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite

• Fluent in English

• Effective communication across levels and functions
